By purchasing any products or services from Nicola Syme (Nikii Syme), you are agreeing to the following.
1. Payment & Refunds
Fees for services must be paid upfront, unless a payment arrangement is in place.
Events - no refunds are available. If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket to another date, or transfer your ticket to another person (you are responsible for finding this person).
Retreats - no refunds are available. If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket to another person (you are responsible for finding this person).
Programs - no refunds, transfers or credits are available. Please choose wisely.
Mentoring - no refunds, transfers or credits are available. Please choose wisely.
In the case Nicola cancels an event, retreat, program or mentoring, a refund will be processed for the quantity undelivered.
2. Confidently & Ownership
In order to honour and protect Nicola Syme’s intellectual property, the client likewise agrees not to disclose or communicate information about Nicola Syme’s practice, materials, fees, or methods to any third parties.
The client also agrees NOT to give any content received through Nicola Syme’s programs or any other original content to other parties.
Nicola Syme acknowledges that he or she may obtain confidential personal and/or business information from the client and agrees to keep and maintain such information confidential and not to disclose or use such information without the clients’ prior consent.

Please note that at any point during the journey if you are feeling dissatisfied or upset, we expect you to initiate communication to work through and hold true to your commitment. We are here to serve you. We will meet you half-way and ask you to do the same and to do the work, going full in.
Nicole Syme agrees to:
Provide the client with program content
Hold all information disclosed by the client in confidence
The client agrees to:
Take full responsibility for his/her choices during participation
Arrive at the sessions on time, regardless of whether it is held over the phone or in person
If unable to attend, provide 24 hours notice
Have funds available in account for payment processing two (2) days prior to the scheduled transaction
Ensure any changes to contact info, payment info, etc. are advised
